Conservazione
Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto, al riparo della luce solare diretta e da fonti di calore localizzato. Il termine minimo di conservazione si riferisce al prodotto correttamente conservato in confezione integra. Da consumare entro 2 mesi dall’apertura.
Focus: Hericium erinaceus è un fungo molto raro, considerato una prelibatezza anche se un po’ coriaceo. Si sviluppa preferibilmente su alberi di quercia ancora vivi, oppure su faggio, noce, platani e altre latifoglie. Cresce sul tronco ad una altezza di circa 3-4 metri. Il corpo fruttifero assomiglia alla testa di una scimmia per cui in Asia è chiamato “testa di scimmia”.
